Being Green
Being green isn't just about recycling. It means so much more, and there are a lot of little things we can do everyday to be a little or a lot green. The Phoenix Reclamation Project really believes being green and becoming more sustainable is a journey and one that might look a little different for everyone.
We at PRP feel like the easiest way of looking at this is (brace yourselves) that we are all teenagers who have made a terrible mess of our room. The next part shouldn't be too shocking. The fact is now we don't want to clean our rooms. But folks, we gotta do it. We are here to help make it easier.

PRP has officially adopted streets in Seattle! We have adopted 3 sections of street in the Seattle area:
- 35th Ave SW and Morgan
- SW Barton @ Westwood Village
- Hanford from California to 37th
We are organizing our first clean up now!

We have a shot at making a difference if we all work together. We are working with community members, organizations, and business to support sustainability in our communities.
We are working on three plans to beautify and bring back healthy green places for us to enjoy in our everyday lives.
